3. Employer Responsibilities

Job Postings: Employers are responsible for creating accurate and honest job descriptions, which should comply with all applicable local, state, and national laws.
Non-Discrimination: Employers must ensure that their job postings comply with anti-discrimination laws and provide equal opportunities for all candidates.
Selection Process: Employers are solely responsible for selecting candidates for positions and conducting interviews. CAA Placements does not guarantee placement or successful hiring.
Confidentiality: Employers must maintain the confidentiality of Employee profiles and should only use the information shared through the Platform for recruitment purposes.

4. Employee Responsibilities

Profile Accuracy: Employees are responsible for maintaining the accuracy and completeness of their profile and should ensure that all details provided are current and truthful.
Job Applications: Employees may apply to job postings through the Platform. However, applying to a job does not guarantee an interview or placement.
Conduct: Employees must engage with Employers professionally and respectfully. Any misconduct or fraudulent activity may result in suspension or termination of your account.

5. Use of the Platform

Permitted Use: You agree to use the Platform solely for its intended purpose—to connect Employers and Employees for employment and placement opportunities.
Prohibited Conduct: Users are prohibited from:
Posting false or misleading information.
Engaging in harassment, discrimination, or illegal activities.
Using the Platform for commercial solicitation or spamming.
Attempting to bypass the Platform to make direct arrangements outside the site for employment opportunities.

6. Data Privacy and Confidentiality
